This website is provided for the purpose of browsing our travel guides and submitting enquiries. Content is provided in good faith but travel details (prices, availability, opening times) can change and should be confirmed with us directly before booking.

Enquiries & Quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation to book. A quote provided in response to your enquiry is valid for the period stated at the time and is subject to availability at the point of confirmation.

Booking Terms

Full booking terms — including deposit amounts, balance due dates and cancellation terms — are confirmed directly with you at the time of booking and will vary by trip and supplier. These are not fixed, published figures and should not be assumed from this page.

Financial Protection

Bookings made through Luxe Cloud Getaways are ABTA protected and ATOL bonded. See our ATOL & ABTA Protection page for what that covers.

Liability

Luxe Cloud Getaways acts as an agent in arranging travel services provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers). We take care in selecting reputable suppliers, but liability for the services themselves generally sits with the supplier providing them, in line with their own booking conditions.
